Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email to confirm we've received it. Then, we'll follow up with another email to let you know when your order is on its way.

If you've chosen Cash on Delivery, you'll also get an order confirmation email. We'll only process your order once you've confirmed it through email or mobile.

Please note that all the items you've ordered might not ship together. Each product will be carefully inspected and packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will do their best to get your package to you as soon as possible. If they can't deliver to your address or at a convenient time, they'll reach out to you to find a solution.

We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping is free for orders totaling INR 499 or more. If your order is below INR 499, there'll be a shipping charge of INR 50.

Unfortunately, we're not shipping outside India right now.

Once confirmed, your order should reach you within an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 days.
